- No. Every ticket is a verifiable, non-transferable credential unless the promoter permits resale, which is what makes counterfeits impossible.
- How are bots handled?

- Can fans resell tickets?
- Only if the promoter allows it. Resale then happens only through the platform, at a price ceiling the promoter sets.
- Who gets the resale value?
- 10 percent of controlled resale value is shared between the artist and the venue.
- Are fees shown up front?
- Yes. Fees are always shown in the headline price.
- What does it cost?
- The first event is free, with no platform fee and no per-ticket charge. After that it is 2.5 percent plus 0.60 dollars per ticket, shown in the displayed price.
- Do we have to sign an exclusivity contract?
- No. There are no exclusivity contracts, ever.
- Does door scanning need a connection?
- No. Entry scanning is offline-capable, because venues have bad connectivity.
